We have worked with the Leeds CCGs, now IBCs, for over 15 years, creating hundreds of videos and animated projects. One of our favorite projects was a video on advanced care planning (ACP), not only because of its crucial message but also due to the need for absolute clarity for the target audience. The video was designed to assist service users considering ACP and to help nurses and practitioners explain the process and its importance.
Given the delicate and sensitive nature of the content, it was essential to get the video 100% right. Our process involved our usual meticulous scripting and animation strategy, but with a unique challenge: we had to create each scene from scratch, as there were no site images to utilize.
We collaborated closely with NHS Leeds to ensure that the script was precise and that every visual element effectively conveyed the necessary information. The final video succeeded in delivering a clear, sensitive, and informative message on advanced care planning, serving both service users and healthcare professionals effectively.
